Logistics

The gathering point is the Wise Auditorium while the other sessions will be held at Feldman and  Sprinzak Buildings . For maps and directions, see the campus map.

 

 

Poster session:

The maximal poster size is: Height: 100 cm, Width: 70 cm.

You should hang your poster until 11:30AM.

Poster awards

Parallel sessions:

Will be held in the Sprinzak Building between 14:00 and 17:15 (see program for full titles/abstracts and exact locations).

Information for speakers: Please bring your presentations (powerpoint or pdf format) on either a laptop with VGA connectivity (either adaptor or socket), or on a USB drive to run on the local computer (available in each lecture hall). Note that HDMI cables/connectors are available in most of the lecture halls, but not all (VGA is available in all). Please bring your own pointer/controller if you wish to use one.
