Glassy behavior has been observed in countless systems, puzzling researchers for over 150 years. We present another piece to this puzzle for the correlated oxide VO2. VO2 has a temperature driven metal-insulator transition with Tc ~342K. We find that after cooling a thin film from metallic phase to some temperature Tdwell in the insulating state, the resistivity shows slow increase with stretched exponent relaxation behavior. We will discuss the properties of the glassy behavior, its relation to other correlated oxides and possible microscopic origins.
