The Higgs coupling to charm quark is yet to be measured. We will review current results from ATLAS using the Higgs associated production with a vector boson, followed by the Higgs decaying to charm quarks. The feasibility of measuring this coupling with the Higgs boson produced in association with a charm quark, following by the subsequent decay of the Higgs boson to di-photons is also studied with the ATLAS detector for 150 fb-1 and 300 fb-1 luminosity at √s=13 TeV and at the HL-LHC, assuming an integrated luminosity of 3000 fb-1 at √s=14 TeV
