We developed a computer code that allows ab initio calculations of inelastic reactions in the (A-1)+1 channel,
which is not limited to the energy region below three- and four-body breakup thresholds.
We applied it for exclusive 4He photodisintegration, including the final state interaction, with realistic NN+3N interactions.
The effect of isospin violation was also considered.
The obtained exclusive cross-sections are in good agreement with the inclusive cross-section,
and are sensitive to the non-central terms in the NN interaction.
