Abstract submission

Abstracts for oral presentations should be submitted as soon as possible (the number of talks is limited).

Poster submission deadline is Dec. 1^st.

Max. Poster dimensions are: 120 cm * 120 cm

Job Fair

Leading Hi-Tech companies will attend the job fair at the main meeting area. It is highly recommended for students that intend to participate in the job fair to have copies of their cv with them. 

Lunch

You will find a lunch ticket in your name tag. It is valid for both restaurants that are marked on the map. 

“The Piano” restaurant, below Wise auditorium offers free salad bar, warm (dairy) dishes that include Fish, Pasta, or quiche, and side dishes of cooked vegetables. 

The “Atlas” restaurant, located in Sherman building, near the entrance gate, offers a selection of main dishes: Chicken breast (BBQ), cooked chicken, Chinese style meat, Schnitzel, a vegetarian dish. And a choice of two side dishes: Rice, Potatoes, boiled veggies, salad.

Bread and water will be served in both places. Your lunch ticket DOES NOT include soft drinks.

Reception

At the end of the day (around 18:00 to 19:00), you are welcome to attend a reception that will take place at the main meeting area. We will provide wine, an assortment of appetizers, and a pleasant atmosphere. The winners of the poster competition will be declared and with this we will close the event.
