Abstract submission

  • If the author list does not include the name of an affiliated faculty member, please care to add a reference to your work. It can be a published paper, or else something like "Thesis in preparation under the guidance of ???"
  • You can include in the list of references a URL that links to your presentation (preferably a PDF file).
  • You can later view your submission via the My Submissions menu link. As long as it is not approved you can re-edit or delete it.
  • Typical time slot for oral presentation: 30 minute (invited); 15 minute (contributed)
  • Maximal poster dimensions – width: 90 cm height: 120 cm
