Logistics

The gathering point is the Churchill Auditorium while the other sessions will be held at Ulman building. For maps and directions, see the campus map.

All lecture halls are equipped with projectors, computers, screen, VGA to VGA cable and laser pointer. In order to streamline the sessions, please bring your presentation with your laptop or with a USB memory key (in the latter case ask the chair for assistance).

Poster session:

The maximal poster size is: Height: 200 cm, Width: 120 cm.

You should hang your poster until 11:30AM.

Posters room is in Ulman 4th floor.

$1500 first prize

$1000 second place prizes (2 awards)

$500 third place prize (3 awards)

Ranking is by electronic votes via mobile phones. Each participant will receive a number on his tag which will allow voting on the website: https://www.myvote.io/ips2017.poster.voting. (link available in poster room)
